This story is about an artist who pivoted during the pandemic in hopes of returning to the stage as an improved version of himself.
A lot of people only see an hour or more of an artist’s performance but they don’t see the grueling years of training and dedication to perfect a piece. The audience will find it interesting to see what goes on behind the scenes of an artist’s life and how the loss of being able to share their performance on stage impacts their lives.
Joel Hanna is an Irish Dance artist who has been in the dance industry for over 30 years. He is also the Director of the Vancouver Tap Dance Society.
